Booking Terms and Conditions
Passport Identification
Passports are the only forms of identification accepted. No other forms including photocopies are accepted.
Check in/Out?
Check out time is 11.00am. On failure of the guest to vacate the room the management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied by the Guest. Check in time is 1pm.
Guest Belongings?
Guests in dormitories are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out and going to bed. For your convenience lockers are provided in the room, but it is highly recommended to store all valuable belongings in the safe deposit at the reception. The Management are not in any way whatsoever responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest’s belongings or any other property.
Damage to property
The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible. Smoking in the room is strictly prohibited – the guest agrees to pay a minimum $50 USD fine in this instance.
Management's Rights
It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hostel premise. The management will eject any guest without refund if they are judged to be breaking any rules.
Outside guests/visitors
We do not allow any outside guests in the hostel or bar. If checking in to a private room every guest will be required to show their passport at check in. No other forms of identification are accepted.
Early departures
It is agreed that if the guest decides to leave early there will be no refunds. It may be possile to move the remaining days to a later day at the managers discretion. Full payment is required for the full amount of the reservation at check in.
Age restrictions
Sorry but we can not accomdate persons under 18 years of age.
Drugs
Absolutely no drugs are allowed in or to be used in the hostel. The guest will be asked to leave – no refunds will be given and the authorities will be informed.
Late arrival
If you are arriving after midnight it is essential that you inform our reception before your arrival date at [email protected] so we do not cancel your booking. If you do not show up for the first day of the reservation your whole reservation will be cancelled and you will be charged the full amount.
No shows
No shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation. If booking on our website and want to cancel then you need to inform us at least 72 hours in advance of arrival or you will be charged the full amount of the booking.
Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith without previous notice and with no refund, nor compensation in case of breach of property rules and policies.
